I am an experienced Instructional Designer with a focus on Learning Technologies and Web-Based Training development and delivery. I am highly motivated and have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Have had great success bringing entrepreneurial spirit to projects in a large corporation that resulted in significant cost savings. I have led three Learning Management System (LMS) vendor selection projects and the subsequent implementation projects. Led the FAA application process that resulted in Bombardier being the first Part 142 training provider to obtain FAA certification for distance learning. Currently interested in the application of social media strategies to foster cultural change within organizations and as a way to improve the customer's experience.
